Haddad Maia Wins Korea Open Final

Brazilian Beatriz Haddad Maia won her first WTA tour title of the season and the fourth of her career by defeating top-seeded Daria Kasatkina 1-6, 6-4, 6-1 in the Korea Open final. Haddad Maia, the No. 3 seed, overcame a strong start from Kasatkina, who clinched the first set in just 26 minutes and broke Haddad Maia early in the second set.
