Sal Frelick Undergoes MRI for Hip Injury

Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Sal Frelick sustained a left hip injury during a game against the New York Mets after crashing into a wall while attempting to catch a foul ball. Initial X-rays were inconclusive, and he is set to undergo an MRI to determine the extent of the injury, with manager Pat Murphy expressing concern over Frelick's availability for the upcoming playoffs. The injury adds to the Brewers' challenges as they have already lost former MVP Christian Yelich to season-ending back surgery in August.
