Silver Alert for Ava Huston Cancelled

A statewide Silver Alert was issued for Ava Huston, a 13-year-old girl missing from Mishawaka, Indiana. Ava is described as a Black female, 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on October 9, 2024, at 8:15 p.m., wearing a white and black plaid shirt and black leggings. Authorities believed she was in extreme danger and may have required medical assistance. Anyone with information was urged to contact the Mishawaka Police Department at 574-258-1678 or call 911. The Silver Alert has since been cancelled, and further information can be obtained from the Mishawaka police.
