Broadway Musical 'Swept Away' to End Dec. 15

The new Broadway musical 'Swept Away' will close on December 15, 2024, after 20 previews and 32 performances, having opened on November 19 at the Longacre Theatre. Inspired by the Avett Brothers' 2004 album 'Mignonette', the musical features a book by John Logan and tells the story of survival following a shipwreck. The cast includes notable talents such as John Gallagher Jr., Stark Sands, and Adrian Blake Enscoe. An original Broadway cast recording is set to be released on February 7, 2025, featuring both classic songs from the album and new material.
