BLACKPINK's Lisa is expanding her artistic repertoire with the launch of her comic book series, Lalisa Comics, coinciding with her upcoming solo album, Alter Ego, set to release on February 28, 2025. The first comic, Alter Ego: The Official Comic, is a 56-page graphic novel illustrated by renowned Japanese artist MinoMiyabi, exploring the five alter egos featured in her album. The narrative centers around Vixi, who faces challenges in a virtual reality nightmare, emphasizing themes of friendship and resilience. Fans have expressed excitement about her creative endeavors, praising her for introducing innovative concepts to the K-pop industry. Additionally, Lisa is making her acting debut in Season 3 of The White Lotus, further showcasing her versatility as an artist. Pre-orders for the comic are available online, and the project is being launched in partnership with Zero Zero Entertainment.
