The Newton Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a suspect who allegedly exposed himself to two teenagers on November 21. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. near Hartman Road and Village Circle when the suspect, described as a man in his early to mid-20s with a medium to dark complexion, short dark hair, sunglasses, and a black t-shirt, drove a large white van with a silver trailer attached.
