Sept. 25: Multiple 1% Takeover Disclosures

On Sept. 25, 2025, a batch of regulatory disclosures published via RNS/Reuters and visible on TradingView showed multiple institutional investors submitting Form 8.3/Takeover Code and DTR notices after acquiring, disposing of or reporting holdings of 1% or more in a range of UK and Irish-listed companies. Filers named in the notices include BlackRock, TIG Advisors LLC, American Century Investments, State Street Global, AQR Capital Management, Schonfeld Strategic and Credit Agricole, among others. Target companies disclosed across the filings include Spirent Communications plc, NCC Group plc, JTC plc, American Axle Manufacturing Holdings, Dowlais Group plc and Fintel plc. The notices cover changes in voting rights and position disclosures — including derivatives, open positions, chains of controlled undertakings and voting authority — as required by the Takeover Code and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, and were issued through RNS's primary information service.
