Jordan-Bryant Card Sells for Record $12.9 Million

A 2007-08 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection Dual Logoman Autographs card featuring Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant sold for a record-breaking $12.932 million, making it the most expensive sports card ever sold at public auction. This unique 1-of-1 card includes both players' autographs and jersey patches, with Jordan's patch featuring the rare gold NBA 50th anniversary logo from the 1996-97 season. The sale surpassed the previous record of $12.6 million paid for a 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle baseball card in 2022, and also more than doubled the previous NBA card record of $5.2 million. Heritage Auctions handled the sale, but the buyer's identity remains undisclosed.
