Youth Basketball Program Continues, Final Games Rescheduled

The RHS Youth Basketball program is nearing its conclusion, with final games scheduled for February 15, following a scheduling conflict that postponed them from February 8. Coaches and players from both boys' and girls' varsity and JV teams are involved in the program, which takes place on Saturdays at the Fauria Gym. In local festivities, various events are happening this weekend, including the Mexic-Arte Museum's exhibition opening, Austin's Lunar New Year celebrations, and a block party at the George Washington Carver Museum. The Golden Dragon Parade has been rescheduled to March due to regional fires, but other Lunar New Year events are still set to take place. Additionally, Broadway star Kelli O'Hara will perform with the L.A. Opera Orchestra, while a unique courtroom drama based on Gwyneth Paltrow's ski accident will be staged in L.A. this month. These events offer a mix of cultural celebrations and performances across different cities.
