Elordi, Robbie Star in Wuthering Heights Adaptation

Jacob Elordi, who had planned a break from acting, accepted the role of Heathcliff in Emerald Fennell's adaptation of Emily Brontë’s 'Wuthering Heights' after being directly approached by the director. Elordi, who previously worked with Fennell on 'Saltburn', did not audition for the role, and praised Margot Robbie’s performance as Catherine Earnshaw. The film, produced by Robbie's LuckyChap Entertainment and distributed by Warner Bros., recently completed filming in the UK and is scheduled for theatrical release on February 13, 2026. Elordi is also currently involved in Guillermo del Toro's 'Frankenstein' and the third season of 'Euphoria', while Robbie has additional upcoming projects.
