Kelsey Grammer Welcomes Son Christopher at 70

Kelsey Grammer, 70, and his wife Kayte Walsh, 46, have welcomed a son named Christopher — the couple’s fourth child together and Grammer’s eighth overall, he revealed on the Oct. 27 episode of the Pod Meets World podcast. The couple already share daughter Faith and sons Gabriel and James; Grammer’s four adult children from earlier relationships are Spencer, Greer, Mason and Jude. Grammer appeared on the podcast to promote his memoir, Karen: A Brother Remembers, and said his younger children are not yet allowed to read the book because of its brutal subject matter. The pregnancy was first publicized in June after photos of the pair in London, and Grammer and Walsh have been married since 2011. Grammer has said he is trying to be more present with his children and that fatherhood later in life has changed his perspective.
