Six Tennis Players Suspended in Major Match-Fixing Crackdown

The longest suspension of 15 years was given to Agustin Moyano, who denied the charges and requested a full hearing, while five others admitted to their rule breaches related to matches played in 2017 and 2018. David Guez, the highest-ranked of the group, received a four-year suspension and a partial fine. This crackdown underscores the ongoing battle against corruption in professional tennis, particularly orchestrated by Grigor Sargsyan, who is currently serving a five-year prison sentence for his role in the syndicate.
