Bellevue Man Dies in Interstate 80 Collision

In a separate incident, Michael Ponciano, a 51-year-old Bellevue man, was fatally injured after being struck by a pickup truck on Interstate 80 near Council Bluffs, Iowa, while standing in a travel lane.
