Three Brooks Middle School Employees Fired for Inappropriate Conduct

Three staff members at Brooks Middle School in Bolingbrook, Illinois, were fired following allegations of inappropriate conduct with a student, according to Valley View Community Unit School District 365-U. The situation came to light after Bolingbrook Police informed the district of an investigation into a staff member's alleged inappropriate communication with a 14-year-old student. The district placed the initial staff member on administrative leave and, during its own inquiry, uncovered misconduct allegations against two additional employees, who were also put on leave. After an emergency school board meeting, all three were terminated for violations of district policies.
