Seven Arrested in Alabama After Rescue of 10 Children from Three-Year Bunker Abuse

Authorities in Bibb County, Alabama, uncovered a horrific child sex trafficking ring where at least ten children, aged 2 to 15, were held captive in an underground storm bunker and subjected to severe sexual abuse and torture over a suspected three-year period. The victims were tied to furniture, drugged, and tortured with animal shock collars, with some of the abuse allegedly orchestrated by the children's own parents. Seven suspects, including family members and acquaintances, have been arrested and face charges including first-degree rape, human trafficking, sodomy, kidnapping, and in one case, bestiality and cruelty to animals. The perpetrators reportedly profited by charging up to $1,000 per session for sexual assaults on the children. The rescued children are now under the care of the Alabama Department of Human Resources and are receiving medical and psychological support. Bibb County Sheriff Jody Wade condemned the cruelty and expressed gratitude to law enforcement agencies involved in the investigation.
