Hispanic Heritage Month Celebrations Across U.S.

National Hispanic Heritage Month, celebrated from September 15 to October 15, honors the contributions of Hispanic Americans to U.S. history, culture, and achievements. Various events are held across the country, including concerts, food festivals, art exhibits, and parades, to highlight the diversity and cultural richness of the Hispanic community. Notable celebrations include the 22nd annual Fiesta Birmingham in Alabama, a Hispanic Heritage Day in Tulsa, and multiple events at Weber State University. Google is also participating by expanding its 'Latino Cultures in the U.S.' hub and offering AI training for Latino businesses. The month-long celebration originated in 1968 as Hispanic Heritage Week, later extended to a month by President Ronald Reagan in 1988.
