Eighteen Pagan's Motorcycle Club Members Indicted
Eighteen members and associates of the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club have been indicted by a federal grand jury for armed assaults against rival motorcycle gangs. The indictment, which includes charges of racketeering, assault with a dangerous weapon, and discharging firearms in relation to violent crimes, stems from incidents occurring mainly between May and September 2022. A coordinated law enforcement operation resulted in 15 arrests and the execution of seven search warrants, leading to the seizure of over 40 firearms, ammunition, body armor, and a marijuana grow operation. The Pagan's Motorcycle Club is classified as an outlaw motorcycle gang and has active chapters in multiple states, with notable rivalries against groups like the Hells Angels and Outlaws. Those indicted include individuals with aliases such as “Mac,” “Straight Edge,” and “Hammer,” highlighting the gang's use of nicknames. The operation involved over a dozen law enforcement agencies across Kansas and Missouri.
