Dragons Breath shells, known for their incendiary properties, are prohibited in New Jersey due to their potential to cause fires. The fire threatened 25 homes, prompting evacuations, but was 90% contained by Friday. Shashaty surrendered to authorities on November 9 and is currently held at the Ocean County Jail pending a detention hearing.
