Auberge Resorts to Manage New Moncayo Community

Auberge Resorts Collection has been appointed to manage Moncayo, a new luxury beachfront resort and residential community in Puerto Rico, set to launch in 2027. Developed by Juniper Capital and Capital United, the 1,100-acre property will feature 68 suites, 15 villas, and various amenities including a golf course and wellness centers. Designed by Studio Paolo Ferrari, Moncayo aims to offer immersive experiences that highlight Puerto Rico's culture and biodiversity, such as jungle hikes and salsa nights. The resort's strategic location between El Yunque National Forest and Puerto del Rey marina positions it as a prime destination for exploration in the Caribbean. The Moncayo Lounge recently opened at NADA Miami, showcasing the community's luxurious offerings and commitment to wellness. José E. Feliciano and Kwanza Jones, key investors, expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership with Auberge, believing it aligns with their vision for Moncayo.
