Ebony Marinoff of Adelaide has been awarded the AFLW's Best and Fairest for 2024, finishing with 23 votes, three ahead of North Melbourne's Ash Riddell. Marinoff had a standout season, achieving career-high averages in disposals and tackles while also receiving her seventh All-Australian selection on the same night.
