Gordon Ramsay plans first UK Hell's Kitchen restaurant London 2026

Gordon Ramsay is set to open the first Hell's Kitchen restaurant in the UK at The Cumberland Hotel in London's Marble Arch in spring 2026, marking a significant homecoming since the show's UK debut in 1998. This new venue is part of a strategic multi-site partnership between Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global and The Clermont Hotel Group, which aims to create immersive dining experiences across their properties. Inspired by the hit television series, the restaurant promises a theatrical and intense dining atmosphere, featuring signature dishes such as Beef Wellington, seared scallops, lobster risotto, and sticky toffee pudding, alongside innovative cocktails and a global wine list. Hell's Kitchen has already established several locations across the US and Europe, including Ibiza, and has served over one million Beef Wellingtons worldwide. The restaurant's open kitchen concept will allow guests to experience the drama and energy reminiscent of the TV series firsthand.
