Wichita Falls, Texas, saw prices hold close to last year's median at around $995. Visalia, California, experienced a 6% increase to $1,895, yet rents remain about 29% below the state median. Middletown, New York's median rent stayed at $2,300, 34% below the state median but 19% above the national median. St. Cloud, Minnesota's median rent was stable at $850, significantly below both the state and national medians. Nationwide, median rents slightly decreased from $1,949 to $1,925, with one-bedroom and two-bedroom rents remaining nearly unchanged. These trends reflect regional variations in rental markets, with prices in smaller cities often substantially lower than state and national medians.
