Two Teenagers, Woman Arrested in Kelyan Bokassa Murder

Two teenagers, aged 15 and 16, have been charged with the murder of 14-year-old Kelyan Bokassa, who was fatally stabbed on a Route 472 bus in Woolwich on January 7.
