Princess Beatrice at Future Textiles Exhibition

Princess Beatrice, 36, stepped in for King Charles III at The King's Foundation's Future Textiles exhibition in London, marking her inaugural involvement with the organization. This event showcased the Foundation's efforts to address skills gaps in the UK's fashion and textiles industry through education and training. Beatrice, who is expecting her second child in spring 2025, engaged with students, alumni, and industry partners, and participated in textile techniques like smocking and embroidery. The exhibition celebrated the tenth anniversary of the Future Textiles program, launched by King Charles at Dumfries House in 2014. This occasion highlighted Beatrice's growing role within the royal family, as she can act as one of the King's Counsellors of State.
