Global Winter and Arts Festivals Announced

The 2025 Minnesota Ice Festival, set to begin January 10 at Viking Lakes in Eagan, will feature the world's largest ice maze, an ice slide, a skating rink, and themed ice bars among other attractions, running until February 16 with special events like the Carver Cup ice sculpting competition. Meanwhile, Kolkata's AMI Arts Festival will showcase over 200 creative personalities across various art forms from November 21 to December 22, celebrating Indian cultural diversity through exhibitions, performances, and workshops. In Mussoorie, preparations are underway for the Winterline Carnival, typically held in late December, to attract tourists with a potential shift to early January being considered. Montreal's Old Port has announced its winter schedule featuring activities such as a zipline, skating rink, and Igloofest events with DJ performances from January 16 to February 8, while the Bateau-Mouche offers winter dining experiences until March.
