Martin Frizell has provided a heartfelt update on his wife Fiona Phillips' battle with early-onset Alzheimer's, following her 2022 diagnosis. He shared on ITV's Loose Women that while Fiona has shown some improvement in mood, sleep, and appetite due to a new anti-depressant, her main struggle remains frustration over no longer being able to work in television, a career she cherished for decades. Martin described how their family manages her care, including having hired a carer discreetly, though Fiona was initially uncomfortable with outside help.
