Ex-FDNY Firefighter Jailed for Fatal Queens DWI Crash

Former FDNY firefighter Michael Peña has been indicted and jailed after a fatal DWI crash in Queens that killed 23-year-old Justin Diaz, who was on his way to work at LaGuardia Airport.
