In contrast, the other Indian pair, the Panda sisters, lost their opening match to Hsieh Pei-Shan and Hung En-Tzu of Chinese Taipei. Unfortunately for India, Chirag Sen and Manav Choudhary faced early exits in the men's singles after winning their initial matches. The tournament is part of the BWF's World Tour Super 500 events and will continue until Sunday, with more Indian participants set to compete in the upcoming rounds.
