Klaebo Wins 10km Classic Gold, Completes Triple Championship in Trondheim

Johannes Hoesflot Klaebo continued his remarkable performance at the Nordic Ski World Championships in Trondheim by winning the men's 10km classic race, marking his third gold medal of the event. Klaebo finished 8.8 seconds ahead of teammate Erik Valnes, with Harald Oestberg Amundsen completing a Norwegian podium sweep. The race was challenging due to heavy snowfall, which made the classic technique difficult for the 108 competitors, but Klaebo managed to maintain a commanding lead after the midpoint. A late fall from Martin Lowestroem Nyenget prevented him from securing a medal position. With this victory, Klaebo achieved his 12th world gold medal, further solidifying his status as a cross-country skiing legend.
