Celcius Logistics Raises INR 250 Cr for Cold Chain Expansion Across 1,000 Cities

Celcius Logistics, an integrated cold chain logistics provider based in Navi Mumbai, has raised Rs 250 crore in a Series B funding round co-led by Eurazeo and Omnivore, with participation from existing and new investors. The company plans to use the funds to expand its network from 600 to over 1,000 cities across India, strengthen its pharmaceutical logistics vertical, and upgrade its proprietary technology platforms for managing temperature-sensitive shipments. Celcius operates a fleet of over 4,000 vehicles, 150+ cold storage facilities, and 250+ hyperlocal riders, serving clients such as Blinkit, Zomato, and Domino’s. Since 2021, it has maintained a consistent 2.5x year-on-year revenue growth. The company emphasizes food safety, quality retention, and reduction of wastage through tech-driven solutions, and pharmaceutical logistics now accounts for a significant and fast-growing portion of its business. This latest round brings Celcius’ total funding to around Rs 390 crore since its founding in 2020.
