Two Dead in Mahakal Temple Wall Collapse

A portion of the boundary wall of the Mahakal Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, collapsed on Friday due to heavy rainfall, resulting in the deaths of at least two people. Several individuals are feared trapped under the debris, and rescue operations are currently underway. Ujjain collector Neeraj Kumar Singh confirmed that four people were initially trapped, with two fatalities reported. Some of the injured have been transported to the hospital, though the exact number of those still trapped remains uncertain. Authorities are continuing to gather information as the heavy rainfall persists.
