Rose, Clemons Qualify for Open Championship

Justin Rose and Dominic Clemons secured their places at the Open Championship at Royal Troon by tying for the top spot at Burnham & Berrow, while Sergio Garcia missed out for the second consecutive year. Angel Hidalgo made an impressive eagle on the final hole to secure his place at Dundonald Links, joining Sam Hutsby and Liam Nolan. Jack McDonald won a 3-for-1 playoff at Dundonald to claim the final spot there. At West Lancashire, Dan Brown, Sam Horsfield, and amateur Matthew Dodd-Berry successfully qualified. Meanwhile, the UAE's top golfer, Joshua Grenville-Wood, fell short of qualification despite a strong start, finishing tied for 14th at Burnham & Berrow.
