Lewis Hamilton Gifts Artwork to 3,000 Mercedes Staff

Lewis Hamilton has gifted a special artwork to all 3,000 former colleagues at Mercedes following his departure to Ferrari after 12 successful years. The artwork, commissioned from renowned motorsport artist Paul Oz, depicts Hamilton's car during the 2019 Monaco Grand Prix, a race dedicated to the late Niki Lauda. Each Mercedes employee received a print, while the original painting is displayed at the team's headquarters in Brackley. Hamilton's gesture reflects his gratitude for the team's support during his six Drivers' Championships. Currently, he is engaged in pre-season testing with Ferrari as he prepares for the 2025 season, aiming to secure a record-breaking eighth world title. Hamilton's transition to Ferrari marks a significant new chapter in his illustrious career.
