U.S. Marshals Seeking Philadelphia Gang Member in Three Murders

U.S. Marshals in Philadelphia are seeking 24-year-old Tyvine Jones, aka “Eerd,” a member of the Blumberg street gang wanted in connection with three separate fatal shootings across the city between August 2020 and September 2022 that killed victims aged 16, 20 and 23. Authorities say he should be considered armed and extremely dangerous and was last seen on the 2600 block of North Chadwick Street; he is described as about 6 feet tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Investigators released photos of distinctive tattoos to aid identification, including “Blumberg Baby” on his neck, markings reading “Blumberg 24” or “Blumberg Projects 24” on his hand, “Savage” on his arm, and reports of “Nehemiah” tattooed on his face. The U.S. Marshals and Philadelphia Police are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to his arrest and urge anyone with tips to call the Marshals’ tipline or submit tips online. Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Robert Clark warned that Jones “represents the very worst society has to offer” and poses a continued threat to the public.
