Additionally, India's vice-captain Shubman Gill, Mohammed Siraj, and Jasprit Bumrah will be rested for the T20I series against Bangladesh starting October 7 as part of BCCI's workload management policy. This decision aims to keep Gill fit for the crucial Test series against New Zealand beginning October 16.
