Tómás Talarico Named Warner Music Southern Cone Managing Director
Tomás Talarico has been appointed as the new managing director of Warner Music Southern Cone, responsible for operations in Argentina and Chile, succeeding Guillermo Castellani who will act as a consultant during the transition. Talarico, previously the founder and managing director of the independent label MOJO, brings a wealth of experience, having developed a roster of 150 artists and received numerous awards, including eight Gardel Awards. His entrepreneurial spirit and focus on integrating technology and music have been praised by Alejandro Duque, president of Warner Music Latin America, who anticipates exciting projects ahead. Additionally, 9th St. Records has entered a joint venture with Hallwood to enhance its management and distribution capabilities. Meanwhile, MLennial, a management company in the EDM sector, has signed renowned producer Seven Lions to collaborate on global tours and other ventures. These moves illustrate the dynamic changes and strategic partnerships shaping the music industry today.
