Las Vegas Sands Beats Q3, Hikes Dividend
Las Vegas Sands reported third-quarter 2025 revenue of $3.33 billion and adjusted EPS of $0.78, topping consensus and producing net income of $491 million. Revenue was driven by a 56.3% increase in Singapore and a 7.6% gain in Macau. Capital expenditures were $229 million, with significant investments at Marina Bay Sands and Macau properties. The company raised its annual dividend to $1.20 per share and said the quarterly payout will increase to $0.30 starting in 2026; it also expanded its share-repurchase program to $2 billion and repurchased about $500 million in the quarter. LVS shares jumped roughly 11–13% on the news, and analysts are largely constructive with a median price target near $61.35, though investors will watch management commentary and upcoming guidance for signs the outperformance is sustainable.
