Brave Bison Acquires Engage Digital Partners

Brave Bison, a UK-based digital media and marketing firm, is acquiring Engage Digital Partners, a global sports marketing agency, for approximately £10.6 million. This acquisition aims to enhance Brave Bison's sports and entertainment division, leveraging Engage's extensive client roster, which includes high-profile organizations like Formula 1 and Real Madrid. With this merger, the combined entity is projected to achieve a pro-forma turnover of £16 million and expand its workforce to 350 employees across multiple countries. Brave Bison's executive chairman, Oli Green, emphasized the importance of maximizing intellectual property and fan engagement in today's data-driven market. The deal marks Brave Bison's sixth acquisition since the Green brothers took over in 2020, reflecting their growth strategy in the competitive sports marketing landscape. Engage has been advised by KPMG in this transaction, which is expected to be earnings accretive in the medium term.
