Amazon MGM Studios Acquires Brad Pitt, Channing Tatum Isle of Man TT Film, Docuseries

Amazon MGM Studios has acquired a film and a four-part docuseries centered on the legendary Isle of Man TT motorcycle races, produced by Hollywood stars Brad Pitt and Channing Tatum, with Tatum also set to star in the film. The film is directed by Reid Carolin, co-written by Carolin, Jason Keller, and Bryan Johnson, and produced by Free Association, Plan B, and Entertainment 360. The docuseries, filmed during the 2024 TT races, offers exclusive access to riders and behind-the-scenes moments, exploring the emotional and physical risks competitors take, and is produced alongside Box to Box Films and Mediawan. The Isle of Man TT, known as the world's oldest continuous motorsport event, features racers reaching speeds close to 200 mph on public roads and holds a unique place in motorsport history predating Formula 1 and MotoGP. This Amazon MGM partnership aims to bring the TT’s thrilling human drama and intense racing spectacle to a global audience, potentially elevating the event’s profile worldwide. Both projects are highly anticipated, though specific release dates have not yet been announced.
