The Sandlot Actor Thomas Guiry Arrested in Myrtle Beach Assault Case

Thomas Guiry, known for his role as Scotty Smalls in 'The Sandlot,' has pled guilty to charges stemming from a violent incident involving his neighbor. Guiry was arrested earlier this month in Myrtle Beach, SC, after surveillance footage showed him throwing a 35-pound dumbbell at his neighbor's Jeep and approaching their front door with a knife. He has been ordered to pay a $757 fine and received credit for time served. The incident involved multiple 911 calls and resulted in charges of third-degree assault, battery, and malicious damage. Guiry was previously arrested in 2013 for assaulting a police officer. It remains unclear what triggered the recent altercation.
