Neon Secures US Distribution for Chloe Domont Thriller

Neon has acquired U.S. distribution rights and is co-financing the thriller "A Place in Hell," directed by Chloe Domont and starring Michelle Williams, Daisy Edgar-Jones, and Andrew Scott. The film, produced by MRC and Rian Johnson's T-Street, centers on two women at a high-profile criminal law firm and recently completed production in New Jersey. Republic Pictures is co-financing and handling international distribution. This project marks Domont's follow-up to her 2023 debut "Fair Play," which was also produced by MRC and T-Street and acquired by Netflix after premiering at Sundance. Neon, known for distributing acclaimed films such as "Parasite" and recent Oscar winner "Anora," continues to bolster its slate with this collaboration. The release date for "A Place in Hell" has not yet been announced.
