Kim Ng Leads Launch of Athletes Unlimited Softball League

Kim Ng has been appointed as the first commissioner of the new Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL), bringing her extensive executive experience from Major League Baseball to lead the league's launch. AUSL, which begins play on June 7, will feature a traditional softball format in addition to Athletes Unlimited's innovative gamified model. The league will benefit from the involvement of notable figures in softball as advisors, general managers, and head coaches, and will showcase star players from top collegiate programs. Ng's historic career includes trailblazing roles as the first woman and Asian American general manager in MLB history, most recently with the Miami Marlins. AUSL's leadership believes Ng's unique blend of league and team experience positions her to drive the league's success and further elevate women's professional softball.
