One Dead, Three Injured in Allentown Shooting

A shooting outside the BKK Lounge in Allentown, Pennsylvania, around 4 a.m. on Sunday left one man dead and three others injured. The incident unfolded after a fight between two groups inside the club spilled into the parking lot, where gunfire erupted as security attempted to intervene. The deceased, a 32-year-old man from Lower Macungie Township, has not been publicly identified pending an autopsy. Allentown police, along with the Lehigh County District Attorney's Homicide Task Force and the Coroner’s Office, are investigating the case, which has been ruled as a homicide. The surviving victims are expected to recover, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the police. This marks Allentown’s first reported homicide of the year, following a year with the lowest homicide rate since 1989.
