Documentary Plans Honor Kristoff St. John Legacy

A new documentary titled 'Kristoff' is set to honor the life and legacy of Kristoff St. John, the beloved actor best known for his role as Neil Winters on The Young and the Restless. Produced by Fallen Giant Films and directed by Bobby Razak, the film aims to provide an intimate and honest portrait of St. John's journey from child actor to a groundbreaking presence in daytime television, highlighting his two Daytime Emmy wins and ten NAACP Image Awards. The documentary will explore his personal struggles, including mental health challenges and the tragic loss of his son Julian, as well as his significant impact on the television industry and Black entertainment community. Randy J. Goodwin, St. John's close friend and former roommate, is producing the project with St. John's ex-wife, Mia St. John, also involved. The film is expected to premiere in early 2026, with a scripted biopic about St. John's life currently in development. This tribute aims to capture both the professional achievements and the complex personal experiences of the actor who passed away in February 2019.
