The change was posted days before news broke that Nicole Kidman had filed for divorce after 19 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. Court documents indicate the couple had been living apart since early summer and show a Marital Dissolution Agreement and parenting plan had been signed. Those documents also state Kidman sought to remain the primary residential parent for their daughters. Friends and insiders told outlets the separation was not surprising and that rumors had circulated about Urban seeing another woman; Urban has not publicly addressed the lyric change.
