Zhou Guanyu confirmed as Ferrari reserve driver for 2025

Zhou Guanyu has been confirmed as a reserve driver for Ferrari in the 2025 Formula 1 season, marking his return to the team after previously being part of the Ferrari Driver Academy from 2015 to 2018. After being dropped by Sauber at the end of 2024, Zhou will share reserve duties with Antonio Giovinazzi, stepping in for Lewis Hamilton or Charles Leclerc if necessary. During his time in F1, Zhou scored 16 points over 68 races, achieving his best performance at the 2024 Qatar Grand Prix. Despite criticism regarding his performance, many attribute his struggles to the underperformance of Sauber's car rather than his driving skill.
