Aaron Judge Wins 2024 AL MVP Unanimously

Aaron Judge, the New York Yankees' star outfielder, has been named the American League MVP for 2024, marking his second unanimous MVP award victory. He led the league with 58 home runs, 144 RBIs, and an OPS of 1.159, while also achieving the highest adjusted OPS for a right-handed hitter since 1900. Despite an underwhelming postseason performance where the Yankees lost to the Los Angeles Dodgers in the World Series, Judge's regular-season achievements stood out, earning him unanimous support from the Baseball Writers' Association of America. Judge is now one of only a few players in MLB history to have three 50-homer seasons and post multiple seasons with a WAR over 10.5.
