UN Condemns Violence by Sudan's Rapid Support Forces

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has condemned the recent attacks by the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Sudan's Al Jazirah state, highlighting the humanitarian crisis with reports of civilian deaths, detentions, and displacement. Guterres emphasized that these actions may constitute serious violations of international humanitarian law, urging accountability for perpetrators.
