Stagwell Acquires ADK Global, Expands APAC Operations

Stagwell has announced its intent to acquire ADK GLOBAL, a network of marketing subsidiaries operating in ten countries, primarily across Asia-Pacific, enhancing Stagwell's global footprint and regional staff to over 2,000. The acquisition is set to bolster Stagwell's AI-powered marketing solutions, enabling them to better serve clients such as LG and Shanghai Disney Resort. Mark Penn, Chairman and CEO of Stagwell, highlighted the strategic alignment of ADK GLOBAL's capabilities with Stagwell’s goals of winning local accounts to extend regionally and globally. This move follows Stagwell's previous 11 acquisitions in 2024, underscoring its aggressive expansion strategy in the marketing sector. By integrating ADK GLOBAL, Stagwell aims to provide comprehensive media, creative, and public relations services tailored to local and global clients.
