L.S. Dunes, the post-hardcore supergroup featuring members from My Chemical Romance, Coheed and Cambria, and Thursday, has announced the release of their sophomore album, "Violet," set for January 31, 2025. The album, co-produced by Will Yip, includes tracks like the newly released single "Machines" and aims to encapsulate the band's artistic journey since their formation. Bassist Tim Payne emphasized that the album prioritizes song cohesion while allowing individual musicians to explore new creative boundaries. With a strong lineup of talent, L.S. Dunes will perform at the When We Were Young festival in Las Vegas and continue touring across North America this fall. Pre-orders for the album, including a limited vinyl variant, are now available. The band aims to build on the success of their debut album, "Past Lives," released in 2022.
